To All Berkeley Court Owners:

On Tuesday January 10^th an email was sent regarding the voting percentages and the percentage needed to pass the amendments that were voted on at the Special Meeting on January 9^th 2012.

This is to show corrections to the percentages posted on January 10^th.

The amendments needed 66.67% to pass. Both proposed amendments were approved.

Amendment A:

67.85% approved

16.52% did not approve

Amendment B:

71.98% approved

12.39% did not approve
