NBM has erected scaffolding on the alley side and Rutledge Ave side for units 1,2,21,22,31 and 32. 

The lintel work will begin in the alley, working top to bottom, and units 2,22, and 32 will be involved in this first phase of lintel replacements.  Window installations will begin on 12/5/11 at these same units.  We will give you plenty of notice before the lintel work begins at the Rutledge Avenue
elevations, which will involve units referenced above.
