To All Berkeley Court Owners:

We are getting close to starting the next phase of the projects at Berkely Court.

In the next few weeks NBM will be on property to start setting up the scaffolding for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the building envelope brick re-pointing and window/lintel replacements.  Phase 1 and Phase 2 includes the units on the Rutledge Ave side and the front part of the building.  This project from start to finish should be complete at the end of the year for these two phases.  Phase 3 should start around jan/feb 2012 which will be the rear of the building.  Phase 4 will be last and this will include the units on the Beaufain side of the building.

As I receive more information I will keep you posted.
